The Association provides members the opportunity to participate in two annual comprehensive surveys: (1) compensation and (2) benefits. Results are designed to readily share with executives and boards when making strategic decisions related to total compensation. Members are invited to participate in these surveys, the cost to receive results is included in the annual membership fee, and results are coded for confidentiality. In previous years, these surveys have yielded 30-40 responses from Cooperatives and G&T's across the nation representing thousands of employees.

Compensation Survey
This survey includes compensation data on over 100 jobs within the G&T cooperatives in functions such as accounting, compliance, engineering, generation, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing/member services, power development, procurement, safety, telecommunications, transmission and more. The survey also includes Director compensation data such as board per-diem, benefits, cash retainers, committee chair incentives, travel reimbursement, etc. Survey participants receive results in an excel workbook thus allowing participants to sort information as needed.

Benefit Survey
This survey includes the following: medical, dental, leave (vacation/holiday/sick/PTO), life, short/long term disability, wellness, retirement, board per diem, incentive/bonus plans, union compensation, retiree medical and more.
