Mandi Wilson

Supervisor, Human Resources
Western Farmers Electric Cooperative
Anadarko, Oklahoma

Meet Your Treasurer

Mandi Wilson was born and raised in Southwest Oklahoma.  While in college, and working for an insurance agency, she learned how to interact with people, service recovery, and was introduced to working in a business environment.  It was during this time that she developed the skillset which she uses today in her role as Supervisor, Human Resources at Western Farmers Electric Cooperative (WFEC) in Anadarko, Oklahoma.  Mandi joined WFEC in September of 1999 and was fortunate enough to be hired into the Human Resources department where she served in several capacities.  She developed her passion for leadership when she accepted the position of HR Generalist which groomed her for her current role of Human Resources Supervisor which she has held for the last seven years.

Mandi lives in a rural community with her husband, Jayson, and is the mother of two very active sons Kayden and Kase.  Mandi and Jayson can be found on the baseball diamond in the spring, summer, fall and the basketball court in the winter watching their sons play ball!  They spend their “down time” at the lake or traveling and enjoy spending time with their extended family and friends.

Why She Serves

“I was very fortunate to grow up in a family that had an attitude of servitude, and my parents continue to live that motto today in their church and community.  That taught me how to serve the people around me and I use that in my daily walk of life which mirrors the mission of cooperatives.  Serving comes naturally to me thanks to my upbringing and the example of my parents.”
