Meet Your Webmaster

Kendra Kloss was born and raised in northern Michigan. She joined Wolverine Power Cooperative in 2018, where she began supporting both the Human Resources and Legal departments. After serving in a dual role as HR Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, she transitioned full-time into HR and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2022.

Now serving as an HR Generalist, Kendra is responsible for a wide range of functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, day-to-day HR administration, and coordinating supervisor training programs. Although her career path into HR was unexpected, she has found it to be a deeply rewarding and fulfilling profession.

Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two children. Together, they love visiting the zoo, taking trips to Great Wolf Lodge, and simply enjoying family time.

Fun fact: Kendra graduated from the same high school as James Earl Jones—the iconic voice of Darth Vader and Mufasa in The Lion King.

Key Contributions to the Association

As Webmaster of the National G&T HR Association Inc., she is responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the Association’s website to ensure functionality and ease of use
• Implementing new website features and enhancements
• Coordinating technical issues and overseeing website contract renewals

Why She Serves

"After Wolverine hosted the NGTHRA annual meeting in 2022, I knew I wanted to be a part of this group somehow. I met so many wonderful people. Also, being relatively new to the HR world, I thought this was a great start to grow my network," Kendra said. She enjoys volunteering and assisting wherever she can.
